Indosat Broadband ISAT Eco : 256kb/s (32 kbytes/second)
Well, the lowest speed is 0 bytes/second (Disconnect, RTO, or whatever)
Average speed (detected by Firefox when i download themes from mobile9) is 32 kbytes/second.
